Lemon Herb Chicken

*Lemon Herb Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1. Flatten chicken to 3/8 inch thickness; place in skillet. Add broth and bring to a boil over medium
heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Turn chicken; sprinkle with seasonings. Cook 3-5 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
