Swedish Pancakes

Yield: 5 large pancakes

3 T melted butter
3 T sugar
3/4 C flour
1 1/2 cups milk
mix well, add:
3 eggs

Heat pan till hot, butter well. Use 1/2 cup batter and fry on pan turning once. 

Serve with syrup, whipping cream, fruit, powdered sugar, chocolate, anything that's yummy on pancakes or crepes. These are slightly sweet.
