YIELDS 3-4 servings
Bake @ 425 for 15 minutes
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
4 Tbs butter
Melt butter in 10inch pie pan. Mix flour, milk and salt well. Add eggs, beat. Pour batter into melted butter. Bake @ 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
